RETURN POLICY

Thank You for Buying Girl on the Go Products

Our goal is 100% happiness with our products, and we want you to love what you bought. If you aren't satisfied, you may return or exchange merchandise purchased directly from us in its original, unused condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges less the original shipping costs and we only accept returns of purchases made directly from us in its original, unused condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.

Items Must be Returned in Their Original Condition

Returned items must be in the condition originally received with original packaging intact and (in the case of wholesale returns) must not include price stickers.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original purchase price once the item(s) are received and processed. Refunds are issued within 30 days of returned product receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price. If we shipped in error, your exchanged items(s) will ship for free.

Sale Item Return Policy

All sale merchandise is sold at final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Damages or Defective Merchandise

Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise via email to return@shopgirlonthego.com. Any and all claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

Transit Damage Claims

Damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.

Concealed Damage Claims

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon receipt and report any problems to Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) if we would like to have the merchandise returned for inspection.

How to Return Merchandise

To return or request exchange of merchandise, please send an email detailing your specific request to hello@shopgirlonthego.com. For faster processing, include a copy of your original order or invoice. Our returns specialist will be in touch with you as soon as possible to clarify next steps. After you have received confirmation from our Returns Department, securely repack merchandise with copy of the returns form and send via a traceable method to:
